Miners Cottages. Situated just up the valley from Crackington Haven: A hidden gem situated between Boscastle
and Bude on the North Cornwall Coast. If its peace and tranquility you are looking for then Mineshop is for you. Six detached one story south facing Cottages stand in 14 acres of peaceful woodland. A magnificent
easy walk 1 mile through the valley footpath leads to the spectacular Beach at Crackington Haven, where you will also
find a good local Pub overlooking the sea, and two fabulous cafes. The village stores are 1 & 2 miles away.
The Cottages all have a Gated Balcony or Patio, and all have uninturupted views
over the Fields and/or Woodland which is alive with many kinds of wildlife such as Badgers, Foxes, Squirrels, Deer, Rabbits
and Birds of Prey, such as Buzzards, Owls and even the occasional Peregrine Falcon. These Cottages are very secluded
and private.

either Twin Beds, or One Single and a Cot (Please let us know your preference)
Open Plan Living Room/Diner with Flat
Screen Television and DVD Player. Leather Furniture Suites. Fully Equipped Kitchen Area, with Fridge with Ice
Box, Microwave, Full Sized Oven, Toaster, Kettle etc.
Bathroom with Electric Shower and Full Sized Bath.
Enclosed
Balcony or Patio which are gated from your privacy, these offer a very private space to sunbathe or simply relax whilst
enjoying the spectacular views over the Fields or Woodland.
Iron and Ironing board, Electric heaters in all rooms and for those Colder months
free night storage heaters make these cosy and warm. Nearby there is a shared Laundry room with payphone as Mobile
coverage is sporadic in this area.
Well behaved dogs are more than welcome and have the unlimited use of all our Fields, Woodland
and Streams, an ideal location for your pet to enjoy some freedom.
