A one third deposit is required at the time of booking with reservations being confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and booking form

If you need to cancel your reservation, be sure to let us know as soon as possible.

Our usual changeover day is a Friday (Saturday in Rostowan) with your property being available from 3pm on your day of arrival, we ask you to vacate your property by 10am on you day of departure.  It is sometimes possilbe that your property might be available earlier.
