Crackington Haven Stores
There is a good selection of Cornish produce and day to day essentials at the local shop, Crackington Village Stores. As with a lot of rural shops and Post Offices, it needs all the support possible in order to survive. It would great if you could use it during your stay, it's located opposite the playground at Higher Crackington.
The Coombe Barton Inn (1 Mile)
The Coombe Barton Inn is a Cornish seaside pub with serving exceptional food, fantastic wines and real ales. Situated one mile from Mineshop in the heart of Crackington Haven, overlooking the beach. You can always be assured of a warm and friendly Cornish welcome at the Coombe Barton Inn and relax with good food and Cornish keg real ales. Serving a wonderful modern Menu, sourcing local, fresh ingredients. Dine in the bar area or restaurant both with superb views across the bay or in the summer months outside on the raised decking overlooking the beach. Dogs and children are always made to feel more than welcome.
The Old Wainhouse Inn (2 Miles)
A family friendly inn, where children are very welcome and dogs are allowed. Serving Cornish real ales and a variety of fine wines to accompany a delicious selection of hearty, flavoursome meals, freshly prepared to order by the chef who devises menus according to seasonal availability. In winter the emphasis is on a cosy country pub atmosphere with log fires and robust warming dishes. In summer however, one can enjoy a plate of mussels or freshly caught local fish and chips and a refreshing drink in the beer garden.
The Cobweb Inn (5 miles)
A warm welcome awaits you at this very traditional Cornish Inn, situated in the heart of Boscastle. Serving fantastic food and 'real ales' supplied by local Cornish breweries situated in and around North Cornwall including Tribute from St Austell Brewery, Doom Bar from Sharps Brewery at Rock and Harbour Special from Tintagel Brewery just up the road and also various guest Ales. They also serve Cornish Rattler our local cider from Healey's Cyder Farm near to Newquay.
The Bay View Inn (5 miles)
With unrivalled, far reaching views of Widemouth Bay and its glorious sandy beaches and rolling surf will take your breath away as you gaze out to sea from the superb. Enjoy a fabulous array of local produce used to create the menu served alfresco on the fabulous deck overlooking the bay, or in the atmospheric bar or light and airy restaurant.
Elements (6 miles)
Elements bar and restaurant has a stunning interior design, amazing sun deck and gardens plus incredible sea views. Serving an Italian Pizza & Pasta menu, with daily restaurant specials.
There are a number of takeaways on offer in Bude and Camelford: Chinese, Indian, Thai, Pizza and fish & chips.

There is also a fantastic value fish and chip van that visits the village every Wednesday (all year round) from 5pm to 7pm, please ask us about this and we'll point you in the right direction.
We live in a prime position for catching your own fantastic fresh fish, collect fresh mussels off of the rocks, and pick seaweed rich in nutrients. What could possibly be more perfect than cooking your freshly harvested produce on a barbeque at the beach whilst your children play in the sea or on the sand, and you watch the sunset.
In the autumn it is possible to find wild mushrooms, or pick apples and blackberries to make a perfect fresh crumble or pie which will go perfectly with some fantastic Cornish Clotted Cream.
